Refund Policy :

PRIVATE LIMITED At EDITH IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED, we value transparency and
integrity in our international trade operations. Our Shipment Refund Policy
is designed to protect both our clients and our company by clearly outlining
the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Eligibility
for Refund :Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

Incorrect product(s) shipped (different from the
agreed specification/invoice).
·
Products received in a damaged or unusable
condition due to handling before delivery.
·
Documented short shipment (quantity mismatch
with packing list or invoice).
Note:
Custom-made or perishable goods are non-refundable unless proven defective or
incorrectly supplied.
Reporting a
Claim: To request a refund, clients must notify us in writing at helloedithimpex@gmail.com
within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Provide supporting evidence such as:
o
Photographs or videos of the damaged or
incorrect product.
o
Copy of the Bill of Lading, Invoice, and Packing
List.
o
Inspection reports (if applicable).
Failure to
report within the 7-day window may result in the claim being rejected.
Refund
Process: Once a valid claim is approved:

Refunds will be processed via the same payment
method used for the order.
·
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to
reflect in the client’s account, depending on international banking procedures.
·
In case of partial issues, a credit note
may be issued for adjustment in future orders.
Non-Refundable
Situations
Refunds will
not be issued for:
·
Delays caused by customs clearance, shipping
line schedules, or force majeure.
·
Minor variations in product appearance that do
not affect functionality.
·
Disputes raised after the 7-day notification
period.
Return of
Goods
In approved
refund cases requiring physical returns:
·
Products must be returned in original packaging.
·
The buyer will bear return shipping and customs
duties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
·
Returns must be made within 30 days of
approval.
